Morten Pilnov is the Executive Director of EXMAR Shipping since March 2025.

He brings over two decades of experience in the maritime and offshore industries. He has held senior leadership positions across the Maersk Group, including positions as Head of Gas Carriers and Head of VLCC for Maersk Tankers as well as Head of Global Sales for Maersk Drilling. His career spans from key commercial roles to strategic leadership and CEO positions, always with a global footprint.
