The Consortium (which comprises of EXMAR, EDF Trading and AltaGas) assumes control of Douglas Channel LNG project in British Columbia, with acquisition of all relevant contracts, assets and approvals. Final Investment Decision (FID) is expected by the end of the year. In the consortium, EXMAR is responsible for the development of thefloating liquefaction facility.
