Since the beginning of the new millennium, Exmar Offshore Company (EOC) has specialized in services supporting the design, construction supervision, and operation of offshore accommodation barges to support offshore oil and gas developments in West Africa. EOC’s expertise in mooring design and installation support has been utilized continuously for over a decade in the deployment and redeployment of accommodation barges offshore in several countries in West Africa.
As a recognized specialist and operator in this market, EOC has been contracted to support the design of a 6-level living quarters with a helideck to accommodate 148 personnel. This contracted support was a field project for an oil major working on behalf of a major E&P company in Angola
