Last week, our CFO Hadrien Bown joined a panel of experts during the fourth shipping event of BNP Paribas Fortis Chair Transport, Logistics. This year the theme was ‘The Future of Shipping is Green?!’
The panel consisted of stakeholders from academia, finance and industry to discuss the (financial) impact and explore pathways toward sustainable shipping, each panel member giving their unique view.
Although many insights were given and discussed, one of the key takeaways was that global regulations are an imperative to a green shipping future.
