Carl-Antoine Saverys has been part of the Saverys family ship-owning business since 2009,. He started as an intern at EXMAR Offshore Company in Houston, followed by his role as chartering manager at CMB. After that, he expanded his shipping expertise as a Sale and Purchase Broker at Victoria Shipbrokers in Hamburg.

From 2017, Carl-Antoine contributed significantly to EXMAR’s infrastructure business development and was appointed Deputy Director of Shipping. He also serves as a director across several EXMAR Group companies, including Ship Management.

As of January 2024, Carl-Antoine Saverys assumed the position of CEO of EXMAR NV.
