Congo LNG
The Congo LNG project is a groundbreaking collaboration unlocking Congo’s natural gas potential through floating LNG technology.
As EXMAR’s first floating LNG venture in Africa, it features two specialized vessels: EXCALIBUR and TANGO. Together, they enable the production, liquefaction, storage, and export of LNG directly from offshore resources, efficiently connecting Africa’s energy supply to global markets.
This project reflects EXMAR’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and pioneering energy solutions.
EXCALIBUR
EXCALIBUR is a Floating Storage Unit (FSU), serving as the backbone of Congo FLNG’s export operations.
Specially designed to safely store LNG produced offshore, EXCALIBUR guarantees efficient loading, storage, and transfer, supporting uninterrupted energy supply.
