Following the delivery of the world’s first floating regasification vessel EXCELSIOR and its first successful discharge in the Gulf of Mexico, EXMAR embarked on an ambitious expansion of its LNG regasification vessel fleet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the delivery and successful entry into operation of the EXCELSIOR,<\/strong> EXMAR<\/strong> laid out expansion plans for its regasification operations in collaboration with Excelerate Energy<\/strong>. With further long term charter commitments for the new fleet made by Excelerate Energy, construction and deliveries were planned with DSME of Hull No 2254 EXPLORER<\/strong> in early 2008 , the delivery of Hull No 2263 EXPRESS <\/strong>for mid 2009, and further orders in 2006 of Hull no 2270 and 2271 (LNGRVs EXQUISITE<\/strong> and EXPEDIENT<\/strong>) for delivery in 4th quarter of 2009.
