The design was to be based on EXMAR\u2019s proprietary OPTI\u00ae series of hulls, with EXMAR providing the OPTI\u00ae design package, engineering services, project management and construction supervision for the hull. The new hull design would end up being forty percent larger than the original OPTI-EX\u2122 hull in order to accommodate the anticipated processing requirements of LLOG Exploration and its partners.
