You serve as a primary contact for seafarers regarding administrative matters and support various operational processes within our dynamic maritime environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this position you report to the Crew Wages &amp; Administration Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities and tasks include<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verifying seafarer documentation and certifications for compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting seafarers pre-joining and post-disembarkation with documentation and training requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing crew medical insurance and assisting with claims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling administrative tasks related to social security, sickness and accidents and maintain contact with crew or their next of kin to follow-up on questions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration regarding mandatory Belgian pool insurances and follow up;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating and updating crew records in internal databases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting the Fleet team with recruitment, onboarding and practical arrangements for new or promoted crew members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing crew mail and documentation dispatch bot ashore and onboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a strong affinity for administrative work, with excellent organizational and administrative skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No previous experience is required; you are eager to learn and develop within an operational maritime environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are precise, reliable and able to handle confidential information responsibly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and adapt to changing priorities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; basic French is an advantage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are available for a full-time position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At &nbsp;EXMAR you operate a very international, dynamic and, innovative environment.
