The vessel was time chartered to Excelerate Energy for 25 years. EXCELSIOR commenced regasification operations in June at the Bahia Blanca Gasport\u00ae in Argentina, with a subsequent first ship-to-ship transfer at the location by LNGRV EXCELERATE.
