The EXMAR Group is currently looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to reinforce the Legal team in Antwerp.

Your role in the team
You will be responsible for the group corporate housekeeping, ensuring that the organization complies with corporate governance standards and maintains up-to-date records of legal documents, corporate filings, and other essential housekeeping tasks.

Your responsibilities and tasks include:

• Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other essential documents for the Belgian entities of the group.
• Coordinate and ensure proper corporate housekeeping of the foreign entities of the group in coordination with the local colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including timely filing of necessary documents with regulatory bodies.
• Maintaining and optimizing the contract management system.

Your profile
• You are a Paralegal or hold a law degree with 5-10 years of experience,
• Given the international environment, you communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. and Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented and professional attitude,
• Excellent communicator, team player and proactive attitude.
